Each piece in our boutique is created with intention, prayer, and care—many items are made-to-order just for you.

Because of this, all sales are final unless your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please review size charts carefully)
  • Change of heart
  • Slight color variations (due to screen differences)
  • Custom or personalized pieces

If something isn’t right, please reach out within 5 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will:

We reserve the right to deny claims that fall outside of this policy.

📦 SHIPPING WITH CARE

Once your order leaves our hands, it is entrusted to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen
  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)

If your package is lost in transit, we are happy to guide you through filing a claim 🤍

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
